Anyone can operate a remote control call centre service where the operator follows a checklist, but can they decide it’s better to send someone down to you, usually not. We operate a person to person service not a call centre based impersonal service.

We aim to get you back up and running again as fast as possible with the least fuss. We try to recover your data and programs and not just wipe everything clean so you can start again from nothing, which can take months to get you back where you were.

Hardware that's the best

We select our brands carefully such as IBM Lenovo, Fujitsu Siemens, Kyocera and Canon. WE can supply most makes but we do have our favourites, chosen on the basis of quality and value for money. We also have our own range which is manufactured for us in the UK. There are three ranges, Value for money, performance and marine. We also offer two ranges of servers including our stunning rack mounted Enterprise series.

NO "QUICK-KILL" SALES STAFF

There are no sales people, there are no sales targets or commission. We take time to advise you in an easy to understand manner using our experience and knowledge to make sure you get the solutions which is right for you, your business and with value for money.
